Why a GBD, why here?
It's a tool that could significantly improve our Greater Buena Vista's parks and open spaces
Waiting for the next bond is not the answer to the structural problems and deferred maintenance facing our neighborhood's parks and open spaces
It's a modest annual assessment per property owner (estimated $150-$300 on average) that could have a large collective impact on the quality of our open spaces
- GBD services would supplement existing City services. By law, GBD services cannot duplicate or replace City services. The City must prepare a detailed accounting of its services as a baseline.
